Conference Evaluation

In order to get a fuller picture of the overall delegate experience, we took the decision to do the evaluation online after the conference. We believed that this would have two clear advantages;

1. It would allow people time to reflect on the experience and give more valuable and considered feedback
2. It would mean that even those who had left the conference early would be reminded to evaluate their experience

The first forty responses were offered a free DVD of David Perez' youth outreach project Hep C: The Movie which was shown as part of the conference.

The evaluation was emailed out to all speakers and delegates on Thursday November 19th and closed on Tuesday December 1st.
